I woke up all sore and tangled in sheets. I look over to the sleeping giant who had me pinned in his grip.

I look over to the bedside table and see the time.

It's way too early.

I move slightly, but Theo's grip tightens around me.

Harvey sighs. "Well, I was wondering if you wanted to go to breakfast with your big brothers," he says. "Also, you can bring Theo too," he says with a chuckle.

I walk back into the bedroom to find Theo leaning on one of his arms, looking at me. "What's funny?" he says, as I can't help the smirk I have on my face. He looks so damn good.

"Nothing Harvey wants to know if we want to go to breakfast with Harrison and him," I say.

He nods and climbs out of bed, walks over to me and grabs my waist to pull me closer to him "MMMM...what about..." he says but stops and moves back slightly, his face goes blank, someone was mind linking him.

I can't help but frown. "What's wrong?" I ask him as he looks back at me.

He shakes his head. "Nothing," he says and places a kiss on my mouth. He moves back and slaps my ass. He walks into the bathroom. "Wear something that will cover everything up. I went to town on your skin last night and I don't think your brothers will like what I did to you."

I look back at him, dumbfounded, as he closes the door behind him. That's a first; we normally want to shower together. I shake my head slightly and walk into the closet and pick out a sweater and jeans.

I got dressed in a dress which covered my whole body; I was putting on my boots when Theo walked in with just a towel wrapped around his waist.

"You showered?" I say as I watch him get clothes ready. I can see the smirk on his face.

Last night, after all the lovemaking we did, he placed me in the bath and played with my pussy, but afterwards, he cleaned me from head to toe.

He grins. "Well, you wanted the bath last night, and I thought you may not want a shower," he says.

Something is up with him. I watch him as he dresses.

I walk out and head to the kitchen, feeling slightly off. I feel dizzy, but I shake my head and move to the kitchen table. After a few seconds of closing my eyes, the dizziness goes. Theo comes out a little while later. I move off the chair and we both grab our coats, heading to his car.

The drive was silent, but I can't help but notice the smirk on his face.

As we got to the pack house, I noticed that Harrison, Emma, Vivian and Harvey were waiting for us.

As we climb out, we walk over and say our hellos to everyone and walk into the pack house. But my eyes went wide; there were all the Christmas decorations around the place.

As we enter the hall, I spot Nathan and Jackie sitting together looking all cozy. They are really close to one another but they catch me looking and start to smile at me. They look so happy.

The hall was decorated like a festive parade. There were holly and lights around the place.

I can't help but feel slightly overwhelmed.

Theo wraps his arms around my waist and inhales my neck. "What do you think, baby?" he says. "We thought we would throw our own Christmas Day."

I can't help but turn around and look at him stunned. "That's why you were being funny with me this morning, this is for me." Theo smiles down at me and nods. "We know that you missed it and we wanted to give you the best Christmas day ever."

I can't help but move and place my move on his lips but move slightly away, moving back around to look back at the hall.

"We need to go and see Summer," he says and places a kiss on my neck.

I nod and we head into the office. As we walk in, both Alpha Jacob and Summer have smiles on their faces that are wide. Something is up here.

I look between Theo and the two of them. "What's going on?" I asked.

But Summer walks over to me and puts her hands in mine. "Hayley, we have some news to tell you," she says and looks over at Alpha Jacob, who nods. "We wanted you and Theo to be the first to know. We are having a baby," she says with a shriek.

I look back at my friend and smile. "Congratulations both," I say as I pull her into a hug.

She hugs me back but pulls back from me. "I found out two days ago but with everything that was going on, we just wanted to make sure everything was perfect," she says.

Theo walks over to Alpha Jacob and hugs him; they talk together for a moment.

"Hayls, what do you think about the hall?" she asks.

I was about to say something, but the same feeling I had this morning came again. "You okay?" Summer asks quietly, looking slightly worried at me.

I look back at her and smile. "Yeah, I'm okay, I'm just trying to figure something out, that's all," I say. "I'm so happy for the both of you."

I don't want to spoil their moment.

There was a knock at the door; the door opens to everyone else walking in. Summer and Alpha Jacob tell everyone their news. There is some celebration going on. But I feel slightly off once again.

I look around at everyone, everyone is happy and I am, but the same feeling comes over me and I feel like I need air.

No one was looking; I quickly slipped out of the office and walked to the pack house front door for some fresh air.

I can't help but sit on the wall; I climb up and dangle my legs over the side.

I hear the door open.

"You okay?" asks a voice from behind me.

I look over my shoulder and notice Vivian standing in the doorway, looking slightly worried.

I smile. "Yeah, I'm okay, just needed air," I said and turned to the side to look at the forest ahead of me.

Vivian walks over to me and leans on the wall. "Lucy left the pack yesterday. She moved in with her new mate," she says suddenly.

I nod. I'm happy for Lucy. She needed her happily ever after, especially after what Carly and that rogue pack did to her.

"Ashley is on the mend too and is now actually helping with the cooking in the pack house," she says.

I still don't say anything.

"You know, don't you?" I ask her.

Vivian doesn't say anything but looks at me. "I had my suspicions when you were in heat, but I couldn't put my finger on it," she says.

I look at her and smile. "I will come in to have it confirmed, but I want it to be about Alpha Jacob and Summer's moment."

She nods but sighs. "I did a test on your blood again but still can't figure out why your blood is so rare," she says.

I was wondering the same. Vivian is a good person. She always wants to know the answer to everything.

She nods. "Yeah, your blood and Nathan's is rare" she says and looks behind her as someone has come out to join us.

"We do have rare blood," says a rough voice from behind me, which comes to the other side of me.

I look at Nathan and he smiles back. "Our blood is rare as our ancestors were hybrids. Not us to say, back many years ago one of my family members was mated to an ancient shifter," he says and looks between both of us. "A werewolf was mated to a dragon."

I look at him stunned. "So how does that make our blood rare? I wasn't even born out of mates," I say, but he shakes his head. "I know, but you are my child. Every child that has been born from my bloodline has this rare blood type," he says. "That's how you knew Hayley was yours," says Vivian with wide eyes.

Nathan smiles. "Yes, when Theo told me that you had a rare blood type and needed more blood I was willing to do it but I spoke to your pack doctor and told her all this too, we will both have to do some donating in the near future," he says with a smile.

I nod.

"We haven't got any dragon shifter parts, have we?" I say, feeling slightly worried.

He chuckles. "No, Hayley, we're fine, but the blood is rare, which makes you more valuable to people," he says.

I look at him. "Gary knew, didn't he?" I asked him and he nodded. "So did your mother?"

I growl.

I'm glad they are both dead.

I sigh. "I think we best go in before people start asking questions," I say as I jump down from the wall and land on my feet, but I suddenly feel slightly unsteady, which Vivian catches me. "I think we need to get you checked out," she says. I shake my head. "No, I'll be fine," I try to take a step but suddenly I feel dizzy and Nathan catches me as I lose my balance.

My head starts to pound and I can't keep my eyes open.

The worry on his face says it was not up for discussion. "Best take me to the pack hospital then," I say quietly as Nathan carries me with Vivian following us.

"Don't worry," she says. "I will mind linking Harvey when we get there."

I nod but lean my head on Nathan's shoulder then my head feels heavy all of a sudden.
