Chasing My Pregnant Wife (Rosalie and Theodore)

Chapter 1172

"Theo, anything that needed to be said was already said at the graveyard today. Your attitude was truly eye-opening. There's nothing more to discuss.

Leave."

Rosalie turned to get into the car, intending to leave.

Theodore stopped her. "Rose, let's talk in private. Please."

"She already said she doesn't want to talk to you." Sebastian shoved Theodore aside and stepped in front of Rosalie, his presence imposing. "Didn't you hear her? She doesn't want to see you right now. Have you forgotten how you pushed her today? All to protect that woman! You almost hurt Rose in the process. Look at the mess you've made what right do you have to say anything to her now?"

Sebastian's words made Theodore furious, but he couldn't deny how foolish he had been earlier. He had almost hurt her, and he deeply regretted it. He was unable to refute Sebastian's accusations. Any attempt to defend himself would feel like mere excuses.

"You should leave. Rose doesn't want to talk to you," Yerick said, his tone calm, but his gaze was filled with disdain for Theodore.

Although Justin remained silent, his cold stare spoke volumes.

The three men glared at Theodore, turning him into a target of their collective ire.

"Rose, are you really going to do this? I'm grieving over Grandma's passing too. I'm heartbroken. I never expected things to turn out this way. Can't we just talk?" Theodore pleaded.

"Fine." Rosalie, who had some things to say herself, agreed.

Hearing her response, Theodore's somber mood immediately lifted.

Rosalie turned to the three men. "Go upstairs first and take Steve with you. Once I finish talking with Theodore, I'll park the car and come up. In the meantime, start preparing dinner."

Her tone was cold, as if issuing commands.

The men appeared to obey her without question.

"Rose, I don't feel comfortable leaving you alone with Theodore. I'm worried he'll hurt you again," Sebastian said with concern.

"Rose, let me stay with you," Yerick suggested.

"It's fine. All three of you go upstairs," Rosalie replied, her expression stern. "Hurry up. I'll come up soon."

Despite their hesitation, Rosalie's

firm demeanor left no room for argument Seeing this, she removed Steve from the car seat and handed him to Justin. "You three go upstairs. This is my last warning-if you don't, you can all leave my home."

She sounded irritated.

"Alright, I'll head up first," Justin said and left with Steve.

Seeing Justin comply, Sebastian and Yerick reluctantly followed suit, each carrying the child's belongings. Every few steps, they turned back to look at Rosalie.

"No fighting or arguing once you're upstairs, or you'll all be banned from my house," Rosalie warned.

She sounded as if she were scolding three mischievous schoolchildren. When these men acted immaturely, they were even less sensible than Steve. Theodore watched as Rosalie kept the three men completely under control. It was obvious how much they cared for her otherwise, why would they listen to her so readily?

He cursed his foolishness. He had driven Rosalie away, leaving an opening for others to take his place.

Rosalie turned to him. "They've gone upstairs now. What do you want to talk about? Go ahead."

She was ready to hear whatever nonsense he had to say, prepared for him to once again redefine her low expectations of him. After all, he had already done it countless times before-one more wouldn't make a difference.

"I'm sorry about today. I didn't mean to. Were you hurt?" Theodore instinctively reached out to her, wanting to show his concern.

Rosalie immediately took a step back. "Don't touch me."

Her gaze was filled with disgust.

The moment Theodore pushed her aside to protect Aurora earlier that day, Rosalie's feelings toward him had shifted into outright revulsion.

Theodore's hand froze mid-air

before falling back to his side in defeat. "You hate me now, don't you? Hit me, scold me,

anything-just forgive me. I really didn't mean it. I was just trying to stop things from escalating and getting out of control."

"So you pushed me away and held Aurora? That's the kind of explanation you should give to Aurora. She'll probably throw herself into your arms, teary-eyed, to thank you."

Rosalie's tone was harsh, and she had no interest in hearing his excuses.
