Chapter 1124
"Yep, that's Flora," Kylie nodded, breaking into a laugh. "Flora's got some serious shooting chops. Even Ronald's totally smitten with her. Just yesterday, she was strutting around here, calling us all garbage." "She's got quite the attitude," the woman sneered, catching wind of this.
"She sure does," Kylie chuckled. "From now on, Flora's probably gonna be the top shot around here. Even you, Ms. Kaylee, might have to give up your spot for her. She even claimed yesterday that none of us, including you, Ms. Kaylee, are worth her time." Jenna's expression turned icy in a flash. Her hand instinctively rested on the gun at her waist.
"So full of herself. I need to see if she's actually as good as she thinks she is."
With a cold smirk, Jenna made her way over to Flora. Around the base, Jenna considered herself the runner-up in shooting, with no one daring to claim the top spot. But ever since yesterday, all anyone could talk about was Flora's incredible skills. Jenna needed to see if Flora was really all that.
Watching Jenna head off, Kylie smirked with satisfaction. Flora was in for it now. Jenna, the heiress of the elite Lone Island family, was known for being fiercely competitive. Flora was just as headstrong, making a showdown inevitable. This was exactly what Kylie had hoped for.
The day before, Flora had injured someone, and Mike had brushed it off since the person had no clout. But Jenna was a different story. She was Lone Island royalty!
"Ronald!" Jenna called out as she approached.
Ronald, recognizing her, beamed, "Hey, Jenna! What's going on?"
Jenna's eyes landed on Flora. "I heard there's a new shooting star at the base, so I thought I'd see for myself."
"She's definitely got talent," Ronald
grinned, his square face lighting up. "Jenna you've always been the best here, the top of the class. But with Flora around, you might have to step aside."

Ronald, being straightforward, didn't catch that his words were stirring the pot for Flora.
Jenna gave Flora another long look. "Really now? With Coach Lin singing her praises, Ms. Flora must be something special."
"Flora, right? Up for a little challenge?" Jenna's tone was dripping with arrogance.
Flora looked
up, her face unreadable as she glanced at Jenna. Sensing the tension, Selene quickly joined Flora, standing by her side and shooting Jenna an unfriendly glance. Her actions mirrored Flora's perfectly. She knew exactly the kind oftrouble Jenna was brewing.
"What, scared?" Jenna taunted, seeing Flora's silence, maintaining her air of superiority.
Ignoring Jenna, Flora turned to Ronald. "Coach, you mentioned there's not much need for me to be in class, right?" Ronald instinctively replied, "Well, yeah."
Flora's skills were indeed beyond what the class offered.
"Alright then," Flora said, standing up and dusting off her hands. "Coach, I'm heading back to catch some sleep."
With that, she smoothly turned and walked off. Ronald was left stunned. She just... walked away?! He had said it offhandedly, not expecting Flora to take it so literally and just leave Suddenly, he felt a bit sidelined as a coach...
