Love Comes To Me

Chapter 680: Are we going to the wedding?

Mrs Darlington didn't want to make the situation worse and hastened to round up the situation.

Smiling, he said to Hector, "Mr Hector, Rowson, he sounded a bit impulsive and offended you, I apologise and hope you will understand." With Mrs Darlington saying this, Hector naturally had no reason to say anything else.

He nodded slightly, no extra expression on his handsome face.

When Hector didn't pursue the matter, Mrs Darlington gave Rowson a look that suggested he should stop and not make a scene.

Rowson stood there and made no more noise.

Mrs Darlington smiled and extended the invitation again, "Eloise and Rowson's marriage is naturally a real one, Mr Hector must come and join us if he has time."

At this Hector gave Eloise a meaningful look, his face unmoving.

He smiled lightly and said meaningfully, "If I have time, I will."

Eloise also looked at Hector, her eyes full of mixed emotions.

Hearing Hector's words, there was an inexplicable void in my heart.

Tried to withdraw his hand from Rowson's grasp, but the man was as strong as he could be.

She bit down on her lip to keep the emotions inside her from showing.

Hector didn't say anything about it. She should have been happy, but it was so hard.

Her little emotion, however, was not felt by Hector.

He bent down to fix Solomon's clothes, then straightened up again, took Solomon's hand and said a polite goodbye.

"It's late, so Solomon and I will take our leave, thanks to Mrs Darlington for her hospitality."

"You're welcome." Mrs Darlington smiled, maintaining her manners.

Solomon looked up at Daddy and then turned his head to Eloise, his pretty eyes full of reluctance.

"Bye Mummy, you have to take your medicine on time."

Eloise's heart warmed and she smiled and waved to Solomon.

"Bye Solomon, I'll take my medication on time and you get some rest."

Solomon arched his eyes and smiled, nodding earnestly and jotting Eloise's words down in a little book in his mind.

Hector then turned his attention away from Eloise and led Solomon to the car.

The car door slams shut and the dust rises.

The black high-end car is driving down the road with two people sitting in the back seat of the car, one large and one small.

The younger one has a delicate face and the older one a handsome one; they look similar, as if they were carved out of the same mould. Solomon was in a bit of a downbeat mood after saying goodbye to Eloise.

He clutched his little train, not a glint in his eye.

Hector leaned back in his seat, his straight, slender legs stretched out, his lean upper body casually dressed in a luxury brand shirt. Probably too hot, he unbuttoned the top few buttons of his shirt with his bony hands, revealing a seductive collarbone.

Hector, sensing Solomon's low mood, looked down at his fluffy head and asked out loud, "You're not happy?"

Solomon raised his head, gave Hector an expressionless look, didn't say anything and lowered his head to push the little train.

He glanced at the small train in Solomon's hand and said faintly, "Go back and buy you the entire 'Steel City' series of trains." Solomon looked up at him with a look of idiocy as his small hands rummaged through his small backpack and pulled out a black card.

In a domineering tone, he said, "I have $10 million in my card, I don't need you to buy it."

For the first time, Hector was in a delicate mood after being disliked with money.

However, he quickly responded, as if deliberately, "I can give you another ten million dollars."

Not interested in $10 million falling out of the sky, Solomon put away his black card and the little train and clutched his little backpack.

With a serious face, she asked, "Mummy is getting married to that uncle? Are we going to the wedding?"

At this age, Solomon could not understand what happened between adults and it was hard for Solomon to think that Eloise would have another baby and would no longer be his mummy. Hector rubbed Solomon's head and hooked his lips in a smile, "How is that possible?"

Slapping Hector's hand away from rubbing his head, Solomon's dark eyes rolled up and looked at Hector curiously, waiting for his explanation.

The air conditioning in the car was a little cold, so Hector's breath was particularly cool.

He opened his lips and said faintly, "Mummy can only be ours, I won't give her up to another uncle."

Solomon thought for a moment before adding, "I don't want Mummy to be someone else's Mummy either, but Mummy can be Sweety's." He is determined to be a good brother.

Hector glanced at him and responded. "Hmm."

On the Darlington family side, there was an awkward atmosphere for the few people left after Hector had taken Solomon away.

Eloise withdrew her hand from Rowson's, said she was unwell and went upstairs.

Knowing that Mr. Darlington Sr was holding back his temper, Mrs Darlington poured Mr. Darlington Sr a cup of tea.

Mr. Darlington Sr. took a few sips of his tea with a stoic face before commenting on Rowson's impulsive behaviour earlier.

"You're so sullen, if you hadn't had your mother there just now, were you planning to fight with Hector? What do I usually teach you?"

Rowson knew he was being impulsive and could have easily been talked down to for that performance.

He dryly admitted his mistake, "I was ill-considered, Dad, I was wrong."

Mr. Darlington Sr grunts through his nose but doesn't embarrass Rowson either.

He knows his son very well, and he is usually a very steady man, but this time he is afraid that he has been stimulated by Hector and has lost his mind. "OK, just know you're wrong, next time remember that and don't speak without thinking."

"Hmm."

Rowson should come down.

Back in her room, Eloise was torn and clearly not in her right mind as she bathed Sweety.

"Ah, Mummy, the water is so hot."

Hearing Sweety's alarm, Eloise reacted and rushed to test the temperature of the water, which was indeed hot as hell.

She looked at Sweety with an apologetic expression and said, "Sweety, I'm sorry, it was Mommy's carelessness, does it hurt here?"

Sweety's little arm was already visibly red, and Eloise's heart was in her mouth as she saw this.

Seeing that Eloise was not in a good mood, Sweety said very understandingly, "Mummy, it's okay, just give Sweety a blow job." Eloise sniffed and did as she was told.

"Okay, Mummy will blow Sweety."

After putting the little girl to bed, it was already after ten o'clock at night.

Eloise exited the room gingerly and stood fixed in front of Rowson's door.

She nibbled lightly on her pink lips, wondering if she should take the opportunity to set the record straight.

Before she could knock on the door of the room, Rowson came straight over in the distance.

Rowson was still a little surprised to see Eloise here.

"Eloise, what's wrong?"

The words were spoken, giving way, and Eloise entered the room with him.

Eloise looked at Rowson with torn eyes.

"It's... better to talk to Mom and Dad about our business sometime, it's not a good idea to drag it out like this."
