At the center of the business district in Lannopolis was a shopping mall. But it was not open for business today. Even so, the lights were still on.

It was 8 p.m. Cars continued coming in and parked themselves in the underground parking lot.

The people who came out of the cars were all leaders of Lannopolis underground society.

Many were so formidable that their names alone could strike fear in others. Because of the summons, they had come here.

The Chandler family was the strongest family in Lannopolis, and their name carried a lot of weight.

The Lotus Sect was also like a sleeping giant, and no one dared to disrespect them.

Dustin was among them. No one recognized him.

Myst was right beside him. Her alluring figure and pretty face attracted quite a number of lewd gazes.

As the powerful leaders of the gangs in Lannopolis arrived, the ones who knew each other gathered closer to talk.

No one knew what the Chandler family and the Lotus Sect were planning, but they all had their guesses.

"I heard that Jaxon Chandler's arms were cut off. I think they want to make use of the underground society's strength to seek revenge for him," someone said, and quite a number of people agreed with them.

"I wonder who would dare do such a thing. The Lotus Sect have even come forward for this, and they caused quite a ruckus. Lannopolis is about to turn chaotic."

While the people talked among themselves, a bright light shone at the center of the mall. It was directed at the corridor of the second floor, and Elisa showed up with Robin and Chad Chandler, the patriarch of the Chandler family.

Elisa was dressed in a beautiful gown and was incredibly confident. She stood above them all and said, "Leaders of Lannopolis, welcome. I'm Elisa Wyatt of the Wyatt family."

The people instantly burst into an uproar.

The Wyatt family was from Rivenesco and did not have much fame in Lannopolis.

So, why was she standing with these two powerful individuals?

"It's fine if you haven't heard of my family before. But I'll tell you this: the Chandler family and the Lotus Sect serve the Wyatt family!" Elisa said.

Shock overwhelmed the people gathered, and they were in disbelief.

Elisa was pleased with their reaction.

"I asked you to gather here for nothing big, really. I just want to announce something." Elisa smiled and looked around. "Lannopolis's underground society has been in chaos for years. You always fight each other, and this has led to a serious impact on the development of your gangs.

"My family wants to change this! From now on, my family will be in charge of Lannopolis, and I will be the leader of all the gangs and organizations!" Elisa declared boldly. Whenever she was reminded that she was about to control the underground society of Lannopolis and become its queen, she could not suppress her excitement.

Her words brought about another uproar.

She wanted to rule over Lannopolis's underground society?

Had she lost her mind?

Dustin's face froze.

It was at this moment that he realized that he had underestimated Elisa's ambitions and stupidity.

She had not even built a solid foundation, and she wanted to rule over the organizations and gangs of an entire province just by relying on the prestige of the Chandler family and the Lotus Sect?

"Silence!" Elisa snapped, and the people quieted down.

"Do you not accept me as your leader?" she demanded coldly.

Every part of their blatant refusal was clearly reflected in their body language and faces.

Who would want to listen to a young woman who was still inexperienced about the things that happened underground?

If Robin was not standing beside her, Elisa would already be dead.

"Even if you're not happy, keep it to yourself!" Elisa scoffed. "Even the Chandler family and the Lotus Sect serve my family, so you wouldn't dare to refuse me!"
