REBORN UNDER THE FULL MOON

Kyle /Lyla pov

I slowed opened my eyes and saw that my windows were opened. Sunlight burning my skin. If I wasn't a hybrid, I would have been dead by now.

Relentless, I never forgot to close m windows before I slept. But I couldn't figure out why it was open.

I tried to sit down but I felt like I was about to throw up. It felt like hammers from different angles were pounding on my head. It was worse than regular hangovers. "What happened last night? "I muttered rubbing my head as it kept pounding.

"Uhhh"I shouted as I touched my head. It was like brain freeze but the pain was twice as much.

I had someone get me a herbal tea. I never got drunk before. Another benefit of being a werewolf. No matter how much I drank, I could always handle my self.

I guess Lyla was right, It was laced with magic. Because nothing ordinary could make me feel this way.

I remembered drinking with Lyla but nothing else. The bourbon was so strong that I forgot everything.

Fragmenta of last night started to appear. But they were so fast that I couldn't get anything out of it.

Another one came and managed to recall something. There are people who care about so there's no need to worry.

I heard Lyla say. Even with all the pain I was feeling, I smiled when I finally remembered the time we spent together.

I heard a ping from my phone which indicated i had a message. There was a message from Lyla: "Are you okay? You must be feeling sick, right now? "I smiled when I saw the text. Another message from Oliver which I hadn't read since last night. It read: "Dude, where have you been? You owe me a drink. "

My eyes widened. He wasn't serious. Like I wasn't going through enough already.

If I felt this way, it meant she was feeling the same.

I heard a knock on my door. "Come in."

I said.

A lady carrying a tray and a glass in it. I hoped it was my herbal tea. "Your drink for the hangover. " she said as she served it.

"Thank you."I said and took the glass. Everything was gone in three gulps.

I dropped the cup back in the tray. "If you need anything else, I'll be available. "she said and left.

Something was weird about her but I busy in my own personal pain to even notice it.

I picked up my phone to text Lyla back. "Are you okay yourself? "I typed and sent back to her.

I got into the shower as fast as I could and I was outside just in time for lyla's reply. "I'm kind of fine now. I took a herbal tea two hour ago and decided to check up on you." It read.

She caused this and it took her that long.

"It took you two hours to text me. What if I had died by then?"

I sent.

She took about five minutes before she replied.

"You can die over a drink, dummy."

She sent.

"Did you just call me a dummy?

I called her that alot. It didn't give her the right to call me that as well.

"now you know how it feels. "

Aria pov.

I enjoyed making Kyle all riled up and annoyed. It's payback for everything he did to me.

"And I won't be training today. I need some rest."I sent It to him.

Even if I didn't want to admit it. The rest was for him, he needed it the most. I could only imagine what it was like to have a father who never considered you a son. Might as well have a dead father.

I didn't have anything to do today so I just helped Aria. She needed something powerful to channel for a spell but she didn't have anything in sight for the spell.

So I offered my self. "This spell will make your true self truly evolve. The witch mother says it's time you had them. That you aren't safe and Ryker is suspicious." "Okay. So what does I do?"I questioned.

"All I need you to do is stand in there? "she said pointing to a circle she drew something that looked like ash.

I went in and soon after she was in with me. She held my hands and my hand stiffened. "You don't need to be scared. Just let go and free yourself. "she said and I became calm.

She said some incarnation which I could not understand. It took some time before she stopped talking.

"It is done. "she said letting me go.

"Okay. But I don't feel anything. Is this how it should be?" I asked.

"No... You'll should feel a rush of power."She stated.

"But I don't. Maybe something went... Ahhh.. Ahh" I started to scream as I felt something pour down on me.

It felt the pain if power rushing inside of me. I didn't think it would be this painful combined with the hangover I had this morning.

It finally stopped. I began to pant heavily. The was the third most painful thing I experienced in my life.

I first was the death of my dad and my people while the second was transformation every full moon.

"This is almost as painful as transformation into a werewolf. "I said jokingly to Aria.

"You don't have to worry about that. You don't have to transform anymore."she said and I was shocked.

For a second I thought I had lost my werewolf abilities. "What do you mean??" I asked her.

"Your transformation would be under your control. You don't have to turn if you don't want to. It perfectly under your control.

I was so relieved that I didnt lose my werewolf trait. No matter how painful it was, it was another thing that reminded me that I was my father's daughter. "So like a hybrid?"I asked.

"Close. The difference is you don't have vampire blood in you."

She said and I was relieved.

"You have to be careful. The witch mother said to tell you that. What is before you is more than you can imagine."

She said and my body riled up. "What do you mean? "I asked her.

"I dont know either. She just said to tell you. But don't worry. I have your back and I'll make sure nothing happens to you. Remember I always have your back." She said and I felt so lucky.
