REBORN UNDER THE FULL MOON

The next few weeks were filled with a lot of teasing from Merida, Aria and Luke, a lot of training, a lot of make out between I and Kyle and all of us just enjoying each others company.

That night everyone was especially tired because we had our annual queen mother festival, so we all retired for the night.

Kyle kissed me goodnight and we went to our rooms.

I woke up to a war cry and panicked cries of the people in the havern.

"What is going on?" I asked suddenly feeling confused.

"It's Ryker! He has attacked!" Aria shouted as I ran outside to see most of my people's throat slitted. I started having images of moonlit pack and how they were killed I remember how my parents throats were slitted and how my best friend Alyssa was killed with her baby still in her stomach.

My world started rotating as pure rage boiled inside me. I cried out in the war cry as I ran towards the troops ready to take as many as possible down.

I mixed Lacienda training with Alexis training and attacked the underworld troops as they marched forward. I continued to tear them down one my one.

Soon they started a new strategy where they'll attack me in a group and I created my bubble around me where they could not enter or go out if I trapped them with me. I ripped their hearts out of their chest and their head out of their body. I continued to move forward killing anything underworld species in front of me until I got to Ryker. I looked around and I was proud as I saw my people tearing down Ryker's troops. Ryker was going to lose this war and he knew it but suddenly the colossal god appeared and started to raise the species we already killed. He merged with Ryker as they both began to fight me. I saw my people fall to their deaths and I called out. "Queen mother!" and she appeared as soon as I uttered her name with everyone, form the past heros, to her sister to the spirits. The fight was tough and a lot of people lost their lives but we were winning either way.

I faced Ryker/ the colossal god alone. I started add new techniques and suddenly it felt like I was possessed by a new person because I began to move so swiftly. I barely had time to feel and I suddenly became confident with my moves, landing each blow perfectly.

Morning came and the war continued with no breaks, we were tired but we continued fighting as the other party didn't tire out. Two days passed and we were still fighting, the war slowing down as more and more species died.

I protected my species making sure no one died. Once I saw you were getting tired I did energy transfer to you sending you my energy, I kept on doing that with my will to win making sure nobody from my havern will die. As time passed I began to get weak and Ryker/ the colossal god had mastered my moves and was already doing a counter attack before I could perform any new moves.

Soon Ryker/ the colossal god started to tire out and I saw it as my chance to end him. I moved forward and started fight with more agility. But who was I kidding? Did I really expect the colossal good and Ryker not to cheat? Because they did. To them no fight was fair. All they cared about was winning and that is what they planned to do.

Demons appeared all round me before I could do anything and I started fighting all six of them with Ryker at the same time. This gave them the opportunity for them to trip me and I fell and they all disappeared and Ryker/ the colossal god smiled.

"I ended you before and I will do it again," Ryker laughed.

"Look around, do you see how your people are dying? Isn't it beautiful when history repeats itself? Do you remember how your hopes died when Alyssa died. Do you remember how I ripped her pup out of her and crushed it little bones while it cried?" Ryker smiled like the sadist he was.

"Stop!" I screamed as tears flowed down my face as the painful memories came rushing back.

"Do you remember how I broke your legs go you couldn't go to her while I burned her body and you watched? Do you remember how your mother died? That was my favorite one. You know, she was once my mate. we were happy and we lived well but her father was selfish and he wanted a strong ally so he can become the alpha so he traded her to the moonlit pack. I promised her I will come back for her but what did she do? She left me and she fell in love with that asshole called your father. I don't even know what she fell in love with because I remembered that he aways hit her," Ryker laughed.

"No! my father was a good man and there is no way he hit my mother," I cried out was Ryker crushed my ball and socket joint in my knees.

"Ahhh!" I screamed from the pain.

"Shut up and listen to the story I am telling you. At least die learning about your origin" Ryker laughed as he looked at me.

"No!" I will not let you tarnish the last good memories I had of my parents," I cried.

"You are so fucking weak Lyra, I don't know what the queen mother saw in you but I can assure you that she chose wrong," the colossal god laughed.

"You are so weak and you were the wrong person to try to defeat me, look at you now begging for mercy..."

"I will never beg you for mercy," I spat.

"You are still on the ground now, little girl and my face will be the last thing you will see while I slit your throat.
