It was a week later when Silvia and Silas, my two new confidants managed to sync my husbands schedules and clear one whole day for us to go home shopping. We have eliminated a few houses that we don't like and picked five to inspect closely. I wanted three but the realtor convinced Grady that he had two more houses that were just listed on the market and he thought we might like them.

"Let's just see the three houses then if those are not to your liking or you are still excited to see more we will visit the other two, okay?" Grady said after Percy told him that they can look at them as potential investments. Ugh... people with too much money. I sighed but said nothing more as Percy smiled sweetly and kissed my forehead. Now then, he's a sweet daddy with too much money.

The first house was located in the lovely hillside area about half an hour's drive from the downtown business district. It's a modern four-garage house with a pristine driveway. We arrived just after ten in the morning air was wonderful, Matt, our driver for the day pulled over at the front of the house. Grady opened the door, held out his hand, and helped me out of the car. Percy followed us from the other side of the door and was to my side before the realtor greeted us from the entryway.

"Good morning, Grady, Percy and it's a pleasure to meet you for the first time, Mrs. Benett, please come on in," the smart-dressed man moved aside to give way for us.

"Jacqueline, please, I'm not their mom." I smiled as the man introduced himself as Nathaniel Davis. "You can call me Nate, then."

Small talks were thrown and I knew my husbands had dealings with Nate before since they act casually around each other. Five minutes later Nate stayed back and gave us privacy to tour the house without him breathing down our necks and forcing information about the house. "I will leave you all to look around the house. I'll be in the dining area if you need assistance."

The beautiful foyer was as polished as the one in the pictures we saw, but the staircase was scary as hell. I could picture our little minions running around and falling already. I shuddered at the thought and the guys noticed. "What?" Percy was the first to ask.

"Stairs, I told you I hate it and I still do."

"Okay, let's see the rest of the house, with the right designer we can change it later if you like the rest of the house." Grady put his hand on the small of my back and ushered me to the living space. The high ceiling took my breath away. "Do you see future us in this house?" Percy planted a sweet kiss on my temple when he saw me bit my lip when my mind was already thinking back to the stairs.

"Well, I see our future kids falling down the stairs." I sighed knowing the house has lost its appeal already.

"Okay, let's see the other houses," Grady kissed my lips and we were out the door without even looking at the rest of the house. Nate didn't seem too disappointed, he just smiled in confidence and tells us that he'll meet us at the next location. By the time we reached house number four I was tired and cranky, none of the houses scream home. The second house was a three-story house which was too many stairs for my liking. The third house was a no-stairs house which should please my mind but then the hallways were like a maze nightmare and I know I'd get lost without a map and spend hours chasing our kids around the house. Then there was the fourth house, the creepy old manor setting looked beautiful in pictures. But when we stepped into the house, goosebumps formed on the back of my neck, and I couldn't get past the kitchen and its huge freezer. I mean who has an industrial freezer in the house? it gave me a Hannibal Lecter vibe and I couldn't get out of the house quick enough.

I had never been this picky before, I mean... it's a freaking house, you sleep and spend time with your loved ones. They say home is where the heart is, but I was not feeling any with all the houses we've seen. "Maybe we should just live in the penthouse. I'm so tired, can we go back now?" I exaggeratedly sighed and rested back at Grady's when we reached the car. Percy was still talking to Nate and joined us minutes later.

"How about one more house, then I'll give you my special feet rub on our way back. The house is ten minutes away and on our way back anyway." Grady said softly and kissed my cheek, then Percy followed to kiss my other side. I was a puddle of goo and was nodding my head as I let them put their lips on mine, one kiss after another.

What I didn't expect ten minutes later was the big ass mansion. The biggest one out of the four houses we saw earlier. I should be appalled by the grandness of the structure itself. Instead, I was somehow drawn to the house when the car barely reached the front of the mansion.

"This..." I was lost for words.

The landscaping was beautifully done. Colorful flowers, manicured hedges with simple shapes, and a big marble water fountain that wrapped the front of the house and blended it perfectly with the garden.

"Hmm... interesting," Percy smirked when he saw my expression. He took my hand, kissed my knuckles, and let his gaze follow me when we both looked out to the front of the huge mansion.

The house had no giant marble columns, it was not a dynasty-looking manor. It looked like a family home, it was just bigger, really... really bigger and somehow I freaking love it. I could already see the nooks under the windows from the front of the house.

"Does it fit seven?" Grady teased with a knowing look and we all laughed and got out of the car with new enthusiasm.

"I love you, my dear husband, but let's start with these two in my belly." I kissed Grady and let him usher me to the front of the house. Percy was already on the front steps. The house was nowhere modest but it sure does scream home. I was light on my steps when Nate smiled at us and let us into the house.

The foyer was perfect. The stairs were curved to my taste, not too steep, and I could imagine our little trolls laughing and screaming down the stairs. I was happy and leaning back to Grady's while my hand entwined to Percy's. "This is it," I whispered happily as we walked down the hallway entering the large living space that opens up to the high floor-to-ceiling windows looking out at the backyard.

"We have a forest in our backyard..." I was almost teary, already imagining building three houses and having campfires and setting up tents for our little family nights under the sky. Hmm... I never thought I was that kind of outdoorsy person. My mind was taken away from our future family nights when I saw the outdoor Olympic-size pool had its own pool house, Jacuzzi, and in-pool loungers.

Percy was pleased to hear that the house has a separate garage that houses up to six cars and the home had ten bedrooms and seven en suite bathrooms and two washrooms downstairs for guests not including the rooms in the pool house that has its kitchen and living accommodation.

"The pool house is perfect when we have guests not that we won't have enough rooms on the inside." I started babbling when we reached the master bedroom which has the largest bathroom in the house complete with double shower heads and a marble bathtub that easily fits five. To the side was a walk-in his and hers wardrobe complete with a floor-to-ceiling mirror and a chaise lounge in the middle.

"I want this." I took both of my husband's hands and looked at them with determination. I needed them to know I wanted the house and I was not going to back down, don't even care if it's expensive as fuck. I was sure that they can easily afford the house. I wanted the house and I wanted it now.

"We'll take this." Both said simultaneously. Nate who appeared out of nowhere looked like he just hit the jackpot and his smile was blinding my eyes but I was too happy to care and circled the master bedroom and then walked towards the bedroom beside it.

"This will be your room," I said dreamily while rubbing my belly and envisioned two baby cribs with matching changing tables and a comfortable one-seater sofa by the window looking out the lush forest backyard.

I relaxed when I feel Percy wrapping his arms around me. "Grady is talking to Nate, we will put an offer in before today's working hour ends. We can have your sidekicks contact the movers as soon as we close the deal unless you want any changes to the house."

"Sidekicks?"

"Uh-huh, Silas and Silvia. They both have been moving our schedules around for lunches and today's date with the realtor. Not that we're complaining. So, babies' room?" Percy guessed correctly when he looked around the room. "Yes, this will be perfect. I love it." I smiled, turned to face my husband, and tip my toes for a kiss. "It will need to be decorated with baby stuff but we still have a couple of months and I know Grady will make the decorators work at full speed." "Jacqueline my love, I made Nate contact the homeowner and we have settled the purchase. This house is ours. Paperwork will be handled by our lawyers." Grady smugly said and wrapped his hand around my neck and ravished my lips while I was still in his brother's arms.

Gah... I love my men.
