The Fortune-Telling Heiress

Chapter 350

Chapter 350 1/1

After Madison hung up the phone, Harvey called almost immediately.

His voice was filled with concem as he asked her for details. He then said, "If you insist on going alone, there are plenty of things to keep in mind. Our family has properties all over the country..." Before he could finish, a notification appeared on Madison's phone.

"Dear Ms. Madison Locke, you're now a VIP client of Hall Group. As such, you're entitled to use any Hall Group facility across the country with just your name and

ID."

Madison glanced at the message, a bit surprised. "Harvey, I'm already a Hall Group VIP."

Harvey fell silent for a moment. Then, sounding almost defeated, he muttered, "Well, the Hall family does have a larger network than the Lockes and a broader scope too." Reluctantly, he added, "I've already put your name down as a VIP under the Locke family too."

After a few more words of advice, Harvey ended the call. Tossing his phone aside, he growled, "Sebastian is definitely up to something."

Serena rolled her eyes at him. "What exactly is he up to?"

Harvey huffed, annoyed. "As a family member of the Locke family, Madison doesn't need his help."

Serena wrapped her arms around his shoulders from behind, laughing softly. "Do all brothers react the same?"

With another huff, Harvey frowned, unsatisfied. Serena grinned playfully, leaning close to his ear. "It's like how my brother's not thrilled about us getting married either." Harvey went silent.

The next morning, Madison packed her bag and prepared to leave.

Wanda's face was lined with worry. "Ms. Locke, are you sure you don't need us to go with you?"

"No, I'm okay," Madison replied.

Mia clung to Madison's leg, looking up at her with wide eyes. "Madison, come back soon, okay?"

Madison smiled and replied, "I will, Mia."

Yara gently pulled Mia back and reassured Madison, "Don't worry, I'll look after everyone. You take care of yourself."

Madison nodded, then added, "And about Jade-"

Yara reassured her, "I know, I know. I'll keep an eye on her. Jessica's a fan of yours now, so she'll help too. Jade's got everything she needs here. She won't cause trouble."

Satisfied, Madison stepped into the car. She glanced back through the window and saw Yara, Mia, and the others standing quietly at the doorway, waving goodbye. She raised her hand in return as the car pulled away. Wanda grinned, watching the car disappear from view. "You think Ms. Locke has any idea?"

Mia giggled, covering her mouth. "She gave instructions to everyone, but she forgot about Yara."

As soon as the car was out of sight, Yara threw her hands up and cheered, "Alright, ladies, the place is ours!"

Jade poked her head around the corner. "Mind if I invite some friends over? They've been dying to meet Madison but were too scared she'd lock them up."

"Invite them all! Bring everyone!" Yara laughed, her eyes sparkling. "I'm the rule-maker now."

With a sly smile, Jade turned and sashayed away.

Wanda gave Yara a warning glance. "Don't get carried away. Ms. Locke will be back soon."

Yara waved her off. "Let's have a little fun while we can! Madison's always so serious, always meditating. It stifles us. If she didn't need cultivation to stay safe, I'd tell her to give it up altogether."

She rolled her eyes. "Is cultivating really better than enjoying the world? Or better than having Sebastian around?"

Wanda sighed. She might have a point.

In the car, Madison lowered her hand. She had just dispelled the talisman over Haven House.

She raised her phone and checked Malcolm's private messages. He hadn't sent anything since yesterday. She typed a single word, "Address."

This time, Malcolm didn't keep her waiting. A smiley face appeared on the screen in response.
