No one’s P.O.V. (Continued) 

“Dad,” Adam immediately held Adrian’s wolf b*dy in his embrace when Adrian moved away from Marcus‘ unconscious b*dy. “I… I am okay.. look for your mother.. she.. she is injured,” Adrian told Adam in a painful voice through mind–link. Adam was awestruck when he heard his father’s voice inside his mind. 

He almost forgot how it feels to be mind–linked by someone. “Yes, Dad… I… I love you, Dad,” he replied to his father in a cracked tone inside his mind and he saw a faint smile on his father’s face. “Go… I will take care of this leech,” Adrian instructed him in a gentle tone through the mind link.. 

Adam nodded, but before that, he looked at his father one more time with. tearful eyes. Adam, then looked for his mother, and his anger hit the sky when he saw her fighting with two vampires and a rogue. Adam immediately ran towards them with his highest speed, and in a second, the n*eck of one of those vampires was in his grip, taking that vampire off guard. 

At the same time, A loud roar once again shook the whole area, making Adam smirk while pulling that vampire’s heart out of his chest. William was now also here. Adam threw the dead b*dy of that vampire towards the wolves, who had torches in their hands. “Adam,” Elena called Adam in a painful tone.

Warrick pulled Elena’s b*dy up in bridal style and put it on Martha’s back. “Take her to the hospital now. Someone injected her with

wolfsbane,” Warrick instructed Martha while telling her what was wrong with Elena. 

Martha nodded and started running in the other direction. Warrick ran in front of her, clearing her way. “Dad,” William screamed, making Warrick look in his direction through his peripheral vision. He saw a gun coming towards him. He caught the gun and started shooting both rogues and vampires. A few wolves who were now injured also shifted and William threw more guns towards them. He was carrying a bag filled with guns and other weapons on his back. 

A few more wolves appeared there and they started shooting vampires and rogues, taking them off guard while distributing more weapons to the other wolves. Adrian had tied Marcus with silver chains and signalled someone to bring a cart to take Marcus to the dungeons. Adrian was also in his human form, and the wounds on his hands were almost healed by now. 

“Go with him,” Alpha Sylvester instructed Adrian while killing a vampire mercilessly. Adrian nodded and shifted into his wolf form again. He wanted to go back to see Elena, but he knew that Martha would not let anything happen to Elena, and Elena was safe with Martha. He was worried to death when he heard Warrick say that Elena had been injected with wolfsbane. 

In the pack house, Crystal slowly regained her consciousness and blinked rapidly to understand what was going on. Her mind was still foggy, and she was not able to retrieve her last memories immediately. 

She saw Nelson and Kyson Arguing about something, and Theo rubbing his forehead while trying to make them understand something. She heard someone sniffing, and she slowly moved her head in that direction. 

She blinked once again when she saw a woman with a similar face lying on the other side of the bed and crying silently. She widened her eyes in surprise and tried to recognize her one more time. Her memories came back slowly, and tears started filling her eyes when she remembered who that woman was. 

“Mom,” she sobbed while calling Catherine. Catherine slowly opened her eyes and moved her face towards Crystal. Crystal gasped in shock when she saw Catherine’s eyes. “Crystal…. How are you feeling now?” Theo immediately. approached her when he heard her voice. 

“Why her ey… eyes are like Adam’s?” she asked Theo in a choked tone. “Here…

drink some water first, love,” Theo asked her to drink some water instead of answering her. He gently embraced her b*dy and pulled her upper b*dy up. “Theo… I.. I am asking something,” she asked him once again, refusing to drink water while holding his shirt tightly to his chest. 

He sighed and looked in Nelson’s direction. They stopped arguing when they heard Crystal’s voice too. Catherine didn’t know Crystal, but she was surprised to see that the girl in front of her had the same face as hers. 

“She is our daughter, love,” Kyson told her in a low and gentle tone. Catherine looked at Kyson while widening her eyes in surprise. “Marcus… he.. he… you know what he did with your mother when she was pregnant with you, right? My suspicion was right. Sh… she is also a hybrid now,” Nelson answered Crystal 

in a low tone. 

Crystal gulped the invisible lump that had formed inside her throat while looking at Nelson with tearful eyes. She knew everything about what happened to her mother, as Moon left her last memories with them before leaving her b*dy. Crystal now knew how Marcus tortured her mother and how Catherine managed to keep Crystal safe from Marcus. 

“O… our daughter? Sh… she survived?” Catherine asked in a hoarse voice, and Kyson nodded s bringing Marcus to the dungeons, and Luna Elena is severely injured. Someone injected her with wolfsbane. Mom Martha is bringing her to the hospital,” Theo informed them in a serious tone. 

Crystal growled in pain and anger while looking at Theo with tearful eyes. Luna was still sleeping inside her but Crystal could feel her anger and pain too. “Marcus…. I am going to kill him… I am going to kill him,” Crystal yelled aloud in agony, and both Nelson and Theo immediately held her down as she was about to jump off the bed. She was part vampire, and she could go out of the room in one leap. 

“Crystal… listen to me… listen to me, honey,” Nelson yelled in panic while trying to hold her back on the bed. Kyson scooted Catherine a little away from them, but Catherine was now worried for Crystal. Marcus‘ name struck something inside her mind, and she gasped aloud when a wave of memories 

hit her mind. 

“Leave me…. He must die… he must die,” Crystal kept on struggling to push both Theo and Nelson away in agony. “Your mothers need you, Crystal… you. have to calm down for them,” Nelson yelled aloud, trying to make Crystal listen to him. 

“He is the reason that my biological mother is in this state. He is the reason that my adopted mother is injured too, and he is the reason that my other mother is struggling for her life. He…. Is… the…. Reason…. That… All…. My……. mother……are…. In pain,” Crystal screamed at the top of her lungs while shooting daggers at Theo and Nelson through her eyes. 

Theo immediately pulled her head onto his chest and continued holding her tightly in his embrace while wrapping his other hand around her head. Nelson slowly removed his hands from Crystal while looking at them with a helpless 

gaze. 

“You are right, my love… you are absolutely right. There is no way that we will let him go for what he did to them…. To us…. we will punish him… but your mothers….. All of them… they all need you now…. You… you have to stay strong for them,” Theo coaxed her while rocking her b*dy lightly. 

Crystal tried to move away but gave up when Theo’s grip tightened on her. She held his shirt and cried silently in anger and helplessness. Her gaze met Catherine’s, and she saw tears in Catherine’s eyes. 

She sniffed and stopped crying. Theo was right. He was right that all her mothers needed her now and she had to stay strong for them. Suddenly something came into her mind, and he lightly tapped on Theo’s arm, signalling him to loosen his grip around her head. 

Theo loosened his grip and she looked up at him. “Adam fed me with his blood earlier, and I digested his blood,” she told him, and he knitted his brows in confusion. “What do you want to say?” he asked her in a confused tone while releasing her from his embrace as she was calm now. 

“I mean… she is a vampire, and, I am too. It may be possible th.. that she managed to digest my blood like I and Adam can,” Crystal proposed, and all of them looked at each other. Catherine was still confused about the situation, but she was dying due to thirst. She wanted to drink something to soothe her aching throat but was confused with whatever everyone around her was 

talking about. 

“Let me try with my blood first,” Nelson said in a serious tone. Everyone nodded, and Nelson looked at Catherine who still had a confused expression on her face. Nelson took a deep breath and slowly stroked her head.
