Chapter 90 Being Picked On
The scene gave Allison and Cleo the chills, so they decided to leave Sabrina and Felix to it and headed outside.
Once outside the hotel, Cleo turned to Allison and said, "Hey, I know a great restaurant nearby. My treat!"
After a short walk, Cleo led Allison down a small alley to a hidden gem of a restaurant. Allison was surprised to find a Mexican place here.
The restaurant had a vintage vibe, with old-school decor and furniture that had clearly seen better days.
Cleo grinned. "I found this spot while on a mission in Aquilonia. Trust me, the food is amazing!"
What they didn't know was that as soon as they hit the street, someone recognized them.
A young man was staring at the screen, trying to see where Aliision was. Just as he was about to track her, she suddenly disappeared. When he tried to use facial recognition again, he found that she was nowhere to be found. Allison got an alert on her phone and quickly ran a program. The young guy's screen was suddenly taken over by a large blue roc.
"Gaia! I'll find you, I swear!" he yelled at the screen.
"Sir, bad news. Our funds have been stolen," someone reported.
The young guy's eyes widened in shock as he checked his account. All the money had been transferred to a charity, and he even got a donation certificate.
"Gaia!" he shouted in rage.
Meanwhile, Allison was unfazed by the young man's anger. She was savoring her meal with Cleo at a modest Mexican restaurant. They had ordered a few of her favorite dishes: freshly made guacamole with crispy tortilla chips and a hearty bowl of chicken pozole. The food was simple but bursting with authentic flavors.
Suddenly, a voice interrupted. "Anna, oh my god, it's really you! Eating here? How pathetic!"
Anna was Cleo's real name, but only Allison and a few others called her Cleo. She preferred it over her real name.
Cleo shot back, "Aren't you eating here too? Have you fallen low as well?"
Allison discreetly checked out the newcomer. She was dressed in a classic punk outfit, with a blue mohawk, nose rings, earrings, and tongue rings.
It dawned on Allison where Cleo's punk style came from. But this girl had a darker vibe, which was a bit off-putting.
The girl said, "I'm here to experience life and compete. I'm a main member of the Python Squad. Anna, are you here for the competition too?"
Cleo replied coolly, "Mind your own business, Fiona. And stay away from me. If you mess with me, you'll regret it."
Fiona looked around the small restaurant. Besides a few staff members, the only other person was Allison. She pointed at Allison and said, "You, get out of here, and I'll give you five hundred bucks!"
Allison raised an eyebrow. "Five hundred bucks? How about I give you five million? Can you get lost?"
Fiona paused, clearly taken aback by Allison's boldness.
"Five million? Are you serious? Have you ever seen that much money?" Fiona laughed, and a few more people dressed like her walked in, obviously part of her crew.
One of the punks sneered, "Fiona, is this your cousin Anna? She's pretty cute. Hey, sweetheart, wanna join us?"
Cleo was about to lose it, but Allison grabbed her arm and said, "No thanks, you guys are too gross. You're ruining my appetite!"
The punk group exchanged confused looks, and Fiona's face twisted in anger. She lunged at Allison, but before Cleo could react, Allison had already twisted Fiona's wrist and flipped her over, slamming her face-first into the ground.

Gasps and curses erupted around them. Cleo, now furious, jumped in and started taking down the rest of the punks.
As expected, half an hour later, they all found themselves at the police station. When Felix arrived and saw the scene, he thought he had walked into a live-action zombie game.
"Allison, what happened? Are you hurt?" Felix asked, worried.
Allison shrugged and stood up with Cleo. Fiona, seeing this, went berserk and tried to rush over, hurling insults.
"We're fine. They're the ones in trouble," Allison said, nodding towards the punks. Felix finally noticed they were members of the Python Squad. The team leader recognized Felix and stepped forward. "Felix, are they with you?" he asked.
Felix nodded, his expression stern. "Yeah, they're my team members. Jack, do you feel good about bullying two girls with so many people?"
Jack was speechless, glaring at Cleo and Allison. "Are you sure we bullied them? They clearly beat us up!"
Felix snorted. He trusted Allison completely. If there was trouble, it wasn't her fault. Even if they got beaten, they deserved it.
"They're your team members?" Jack raised an eyebrow, looking at Allison and Cleo with a smirk. "Aren't you afraid Julie will be mad when she finds out?"
At the mention of Julie, Allison's gaze darkened. Jack felt a shiver run down his spine, as if a secret had been exposed.
"Is Julie with you?" Allison asked.
Jack instinctively denied it. "What she does has nothing to do with me!"

Allison sneered, stepping right up to Jack and staring into his eyes. Despite his colored contacts, she saw the true color of his eyes.
"You've all been deceived. If you don't want to die, find me by midnight three days from now. Otherwise..." Allison glanced around at everyone present. "You'll all die!" With that, Allison turned and left, leaving Jack in a cold sweat.
"Satan, she's Satan!" Fiona shouted.
Jack glared at her, finished the paperwork at the police station, and quickly left.
As soon as Allison got back to the hotel, her phone rang. Seeing the number, she hesitated before answering. "Mr. Carter?"
Alexander's voice came through. "I heard you ended up at the police station?"
Allison felt a bit helpless. It seemed there was nothing Alexander didn't know.
What she didn't realize was that Alexander had been furious when he saw a group of punks surrounding Allison. His sweet and lovely Allison being bullied by such dirty people had him seething with anger. Allison explained, "It was just a misunderstanding, and it wasn't me who fought."
She felt a bit guilty. She knew Alexander had someone following her, but she never asked. Today's incident was really hard to explain.
"Protecting yourself is my bottom line, Allison. I don't want today's incident to happen again! Stay away from those messy people in the future!" Alexander's tone was unusually serious.
Allison quickly agreed. "I understand, it won't happen again. Don't be angry, I didn't get hurt anyway."
With the competition approaching, Allison didn't want to cause any more trouble.
