Chapter 358
Chapter 358
Madison gave a few instructions before returning to her room.
Yara raised an eyebrow at Wanda, smugly asserting that she had guessed correctly-Madison didn't get angry at them.
Wanda shot her a glare, then turned her attention to Raymond. "You're Raymond, right?"
Raymond glanced at her but remained silent. Instead, he took a few steps toward Madison's bedroom.
Just as he approached, Wanda intercepted him, "You can't go in there. That's Ms. Locke's bedroom."
Raymond looked at her in confusion, pausing in his tracks. He cast a lingering gaze at the closed door, and a flicker of sadness crossed his features, reminiscent of a forsaken puppy. He didn't press forward but stood there motionless as he stared at the door. Wanda observed his forlom expression and said, "Ms. Locke has arranged a room for you. Let's go!"
Despite her encouragement, Raymond remained rooted to the spot like a tree stump.
"What should we do?" Wanda asked Yara, looking for help.
Yara circled around Raymond, pondering. "If he wants to stand there, let him. It won't harm him to stay put for one night."
Taking Mia's hand, Yara added, "Come on, let's go back to our room and continue playing games." With that, she led Mia through the wall into their room. Meanwhile, Jade, who had been silent until now, gazed at Raymond with a hint of greed in her eyes. She reached out to step closer, but Wanda yanked her back by the collar. "Go rest."
Wanda was just an ordinary person without any spiritual energy. If Jade wanted to escape, it would be easy. But Jade hesitated. Wanda was under Madison. If she harmed her, Madison would certainly seek vengeance.
Reluctantly, Jade followed Wanda back to her room, but not before craning her neck to peek out. "The person Ms. Locke brought back is so beautiful and delectable.

"I haven't smelled such a lovely scent in ages," Jade added.
Wanda pushed her head inside and shut the door with a firm thud. "Control yourself. This is Ms. Locke's guest."
After settling Jade, Wanda returned to Raymond, standing before him again. "Are you really not going to your room to rest?"
Raymond didn't respond.
Wanda didn't press him further and instead went downstairs to tidy up the disheveled living room.
She sighed heavily at the sight of the mess.
Next time, she wouldn't let Yara cause such chaos again.
The following morning, after finishing her morning meditation and freshening up, Madison opened her bedroom door to find Raymond standing not far away. Wanda approached, awkwardly explaining what happened the previous night.
Madison's expression was unreadable. If it weren't for Raymond's dazed demeanor, she wouldn't have bothered with him at all. She stepped closer to Raymond, her gaze serious. "Why didn't you go to rest?"
Raymond raised his eyes to meet hers. His beautiful gaze was clear yet devoid of warmth. I was like the eyes of a doll, lacking any semblance of emotion. He slowly shook his head.
"If you don't listen, I won't keep you here," Madison warned, her voice firm.
Again, Raymond shook his head.
"In that case, I'll arrange for you to leave," Madison said.
At her words, Raymond pressed his lips together. Tears welled in his stunning eyes, threatening to spill over.
Madison felt a flicker of unease.
The system chimed in, "Is Raymond crying? Is he really about to cry? Ms. Locke, are you seeing this? He's actually going to cry!"
Madison replied with a curt, "Yeah, I see it too."
The system continued, "Wow! Raymond looks so obedient and pitiful right now. I just want to ravage him."
